A broad commercial role joining a fresh startup backed by well-regarded incubators and angel investors. The company will be serving new and growing law firms, and it’ll be your job to help grow the startup and their clients. No commission, but excellent base salary and share options available. The Role

  • Build relationships with lawyers from Top 100 Law Firms and Fortune 500 Companies
  • Research and design client development strategies for first-rate law firms
  • Work with the startup’s incredible technical team to improve the product

The Candidate

  • Humble, driven, and comfortable with radically direct and honest communication
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving and high-growth organisation
  • Driven to lead your own team within the next year
  • Happy to take responsibility for difficult decisions from day 1
  • 3-5 years of sales experience (experience in the legal sector is great, but not necessary)
  • Some account/relationship management experience is great, but not necessary
  • Proven capacity to take ownership of complex projects
